1. Redemption Period

This “Eucerin® Pro ACNE Solution SOS Serum 10ml Redemption” (“Redemption”) organized by Beiersdorf (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [77205-D] (“Organiser”) will run from 25th April until 30th June 2024 or while stocks last (“Redemption Period”).

2. Eligibility

• This Redemption is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (as at the date of participation in this Redemption) holding valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only (“Participants”). For Participants aged below 18 years old, a letter of consent from parent(s) is required to be attach with the entry submission in the Redemption.
• This Redemption is only applicable for users who are redeeming the Eucerin® Pro ACNE Solution SOS Serum 10ml for the first time. For those who have redeemed in past campaigns are not eligible
• The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Redemption:

1. Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
2.  Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters including spouses).

3. Register to redeem

• Step 1: Go to https://www.eucerin.my/specials/proacne-solution-sos-serum-campaign  
• Step 2: Enter your details
• Step 3: Select preferred store for self-collection
• Step 4: Please redeem sample within 14 days upon completed registration. While stock lasts.

4. Sample

The sample is only available while stocks last

Contains: 1x Eucerin Pro ACNE Solution SOS Serum 10ml

5. Disqualification

• All entries received out of the Redemption period shall automatically be disqualified.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude Participants and/or revoke the Sample if: -

1. the Participant is ineligible or does not meet any of the eligibility criteria set out in the above;
2. the Participant does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification from the Organiser;
3. the Participant breaches the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Redemption or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
4. in the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Redemption by fraud, cheating or deception.

6. Sample redemption

• Sample redemption starts from 25th April 2024 onwards. There will be a 14-days lead time for sample collection upon completed registration.
• Sample x 1 unit need to be redeemed from the register selected store through Eucerin’s Skincare Advisor or Beautician.
• Sample x 1 unit can be redeemed from Tuesday to Sunday, 11.00am to 7.00pm
• Location to redeem sample only applicable on the following below stores:

• The Organiser reserves the right to request for original written proof of IC number and age of any participants before the sample is collected.

7. Privacy Notice

By participating in this Redemption, all Participants agree and consent to allow their personal data being collected, processed, and used by the Organiser for:

• the purposes of this Redemption;
• marketing and promotional activities conducted in such manner as the Organiser see fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from the Participants. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, as well responses and related photographs.

8. General Terms and Conditions

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions contained herein, where necessary for legal, technical or commercial reasons and any such amendments shall be effective upon posting on Eucerin® Malaysia’s Facebook page.
• For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Redemption by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants(s) to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Redemption, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the Participants for this Redemption, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same shall be entertained.
• Information provided by Participants will only be used for the fulfilment of this Redemption and is provided for the Organiser only
• The terms and condition herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
